We’re looking for an ambitious, action-oriented Delivery Lead to accelerate initiatives that scale our healthtech ecosystem. You’ll turn plans into outcomes across clinical, pharmacy, logistics, regulatory, IT, and commercial workstreams - keeping the patient journey smooth end-to-end. You’ll have real autonomy, move fast, and make sure services go live on time, safely, and to a high standard. What you’ll do Own delivery of service improvements and launches: clinics, pharmacy workflows, patient support, prescriptions, partner integrations, and IT enablement (infrastructure, tooling, access management). Translate business goals into a simple delivery plan: milestones, owners, risks, and how we’ll know it worked. Run a tight operating rhythm: short check-ins, clear actions, visible trackers - just enough process to keep pace. Unblock and simplify: spot bottlenecks across clinic/pharmacy/ops/IT, remove friction, and keep teams aligned. Make it safe and compliant: work with Governance/QA and IT Security to embed SOPs, access controls, and checks (CQC/MHRA/GPhC aware). Land change with teams: prep playbooks, train the front line, and ensure handovers stick (including IT rollouts and system changes). Measure what matters: SLAs, uptime, right-first-time rates, turnaround times, capacity/throughput, NPS/CSAT - adjust quickly based on data. Close the loop: capture issues, run simple RCA (root cause analysis), fix once, and standardise across both ops and IT. How you’ll work Cross-functional with Clinical, Pharmacy Ops, Patient Support, Commercial, Legal/Reg, Product, and IT. Hands-on: you’re as comfortable running a go-live at the pharmacy bench as coordinating an IT deployment. Pragmatic tooling: spreadsheets, boards, checklists - plus familiarity with ticketing/incident tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk) to keep everyone on the same page. What you’ll bring Proven delivery in fast-paced environments (healthtech, e-pharmacy, telehealth, regulated services, IT/infra projects, or high-volume ops). A bias for action and strong organisation - clear plans, tidy comms, and reliable follow-through. Confidence working with clinicians, pharmacists, ops leads, IT teams, and commercial stakeholders; you create trust quickly. Comfort with regulated environments and operational/IT controls (SOPs, audits, access management, incident/problem management). Outcome focus: you care about patient experience, service stability, and measurable impact more than ceremonies. Nice to have Experience scaling contact-centre/patient support operations. Exposure to controlled drugs workflows, dispensary or clinic operations. Familiarity with basic change/playbook design, training roll-outs, service readiness checks, and IT onboarding/offboarding. Understanding of security basics (MFA, endpoint management, data protection) in regulated environments.
