We are looking for a proactive Credit control Administratorto join the Finance team in our Swindon office. As a law firm, we support our clients by providing a variety of advice, across several different industries. We are proud of the reputation we have built to date, both externally with our clients and referrers, as well as the inclusive culture and working environment we have across all our offices.
To be our next Credit Control Administrator you will need to demonstrate that you have the following:
1. Experience of working in a finance/office environment
2. Credit Control experience preferred but not essential
3. Strong administration experience
4. Basic knowledge of accounts
5. Strong IT skills
6. Clear and concise communication skills
Whilst this role is based in Swindon there will be the opportunity for you to support other fee earners, based at our other offices. It’s important that you have experience of working in a client focused role, delivering exceptional client service at all times, that you’re organised, able to work at pace and deliver to multiple deadlines.
