As we continue to grow, both in the UK and internationally, we’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join our Dispatch / E-commerce management teams. About the Role We are seeking an experienced and reliable Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of operatives and ensure a smooth, efficient operation. You will play a key role in: ✅ Overseeing departments, supporting the department manager to ensure department processes are delivered against established KPI's ✅ Providing daily leadership and motivation to ensure team performance and efficiency ✅ Identifying and implementing improvements in warehouse processes ✅ Training and mentoring warehouse operatives to support skill development ✅ Maintaining quality control and meeting customer specifications ✅ Creating a positive and respectful team environment ✅ Reporting operational updates and performance to the Department Manager ✅ Ensuring health and safety standards are met at all times We operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting – flexibility, adaptability and a hands-on approach are key. What We’re Looking For ✔ Previous experience in a warehouse environment, ideally in a supervisory or team leader role ✔ Strong natural management skills and the ability to motivate and support a team through coaching and recognition ✔ A hands-on, proactive approach – leading by example ✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high standards under pressure ✔ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills ✔ Confident using warehouse systems (scanner or computer-based warehouse management programmes – training provided) What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Full training provided including access to our Airbox Management Development Programme!
