Responsibilities
* Sales: engage with customers, connect with their stories, and help them find suitable gifts. Achieve front-of-house sales targets using effective techniques and build personalised connections with customers.
* Operations: support behind-the-scenes activities to ensure smooth store operations, including processing click-and-collect orders, managing deliveries and returns, restocking shelves, and performing gift-wrapping and engraving as needed.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Ability to work 8 hours per week in a busy retail environment, with flexibility to cover peak times and key trading days, including weekends and holiday periods.
* Strong customer-service skills and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
