As SEND Placement and Data Officer, you’ll manage statutory data submissions (e.g. SEND2, SEND Census), oversee placement processes including phased transfers and in-year changes, and maintain accurate records across Capita ONE and caseload trackers. You’ll support financial oversight by reviewing data linked to EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plans) funding, personal budgets, short breaks, and contribute to service improvement through data analysis. This is a site-based role Interviews for this role will be held on 3 November ### The Ideal Candidate* Educated to NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or in a relevant professional field.* Experience of working with data to inform practice.* Excellent ICT skills including the use of word, power point, excel and Capita ONE.* Highly developed organisational skills, ability to plan ahead, prioritise workload and pay attention to detail.* Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.* Can work effectively as both part of a team whilst being able to work on own initiative and take responsibility for own workload, whilst being resilient in the changing landscape of SEND showing ability to be flexible and work to the needs of the ever-changing business.
