Your Role in Our Team
As a Year 6 Teacher In Reigate, Youll Be Instrumental In Creating An Inspiring And Effective Learning Experience For Your Pupils. Youll
Plan and Deliver Engaging Lessons: Design and deliver a creative and stimulating Year 6 curriculum that meets all learners needs, focusing on deepening core subject understanding, fostering independent learning, and preparing for Key Stage 2 assessments.
Foster a Positive Classroom Environment: Create a nurturing, inclusive, and well:managed classroom where every child feels safe, valued, and motivated to learn.
Assess and Monitor Progress: Regularly assess pupil progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching to ensure every child reaches their full potential, preparing them for future academic challenges and the transition to secondary school.
Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure a holistic approach to pupil development and well:being.

Truly Passionate: A genuine desire to inspire and educate children in upper primary, making a significant difference in their academic and personal growth, particularly during their final primary year.
Qualified and Experienced: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have relevant experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 6. We welcome applications from experienced primary teachers and those seeking KS2 teaching roles.
Team Players: Eager to collaborate, share best practices, and work effectively with colleagues.
Proactive Learners: Keen to develop new pedagogical skills and knowledge to best support pupils.
Academically Prepared: Hold GCSEs in Maths and English (Level 2/Grade C or above).
