Our client is a Business Unit of the NHS that owns a multi-£billion property portfolio linked to the NHS estate.
Job Description
The primary focus of this role is to be engaging with landlords to discuss and promote space management solutions including the utilisation of a pioneering platform that promotes the use of NHS property space.
* Identify new customers and conduct proactive business development activities to capture and convert interest
* Conduct active B2B on interested customers, understanding requirements, building relationships, converting to active users
* Act as main point of contact for customer throughout sales and onboarding process and providing customer account management where applicable
* Manage ongoing relationships with customers, understanding needs and identifying system / process improvements
* Upsell additional value-add services and project manage delivery, ensuring all services are delivered on-time and to the agreed standard
* Attend industry events to drive awareness and seek out new business development activities
* Work with the marketing team to agree and create marketing campaigns
* Undertake campaigns, track progress and analyse campaign effectiveness
* Become an SME, ensuring processes and policies are reviewed and improved as part of a high performing team
* Assist the wider business development team on active business development of national and regional landlords and occupiers
The Successful Applicant
Our client is in need of someone with a strong understanding of the NHS, its frameworks (ideally) and how to navigate the various moving parts to it / the wider Healthcare space. This is essential.
You do not need to be an expert in property / property management / property sales nor do you need to be an expert in platform / software / SaaS sales, but knowing that you have the transferrable sales skills to consultatively take such product offerings to market in the NHS arena is essential.
What's on Offer
Our client is looking to pay c.£60-70k dependant on experience.
