The Job: Operations Manager Location: Dungannon Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 The role: Provide leadership and direction to production and operations teams, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance. Drive operational efficiency across the site with a strong focus on cost control, product quality, and on-time delivery. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations and standards. Identify, lead, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and performance.
