This role focuses on leveraging financial data to drive strategic business decisions by providing critical reports to Senior Management. You will be an integral part of the Business Planning, Analysis and Decision Support team, supporting change in new markets and other areas of the business.

Responsibilities include competitor benchmarking and market share analysis, reporting to stakeholders across the business, and delivering insights and recommendations to enable growth in relevant territories and drive cost efficiencies.

Successful applicants will be required to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK from day one.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the company’s hybrid working from home policy.


Qualifications and Skills

* ACCA or CIMA qualified with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or relevant commercial experience.
* Proven experience in financial analysis, modelling, and interpreting large datasets.
* Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and financial modelling.
* Familiarity with financial systems and data visualisation tools.
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
* Self-driven with a proactive approach to tasks.


Main Responsibilities

* Developing and maintaining financial models and analysing performance metrics and trends.
* Evaluating the macroeconomic environment and reporting to relevant stakeholders.
* Producing and reporting market share and competitor comparisons analysis.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide financial insights.
* Conducting various analyses and identifying areas for process improvement.
* Creating and delivering reports and presentations to communicate financial findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
* Responding to other analysis requests from various departments to support decision making.
