Position Overview
Stonebridge Companies is seeking a detail-oriented and analyticalHRAnalystInternto support the optimization, reporting, and continuous improvement of our Human Resources department.
This role is ideal for an early-career professional interested inHRtechnology, data analytics, and systems optimization within a fast-paced, multi-state hospitality organization. Theinternwill gain hands-on exposure to enterpriseHRsystems, data governance, and process automation while supporting keyHRinitiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Analytics
1. Build and maintain reports and dashboards
2. AnalyzeHR, Compliance and Recruiting data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
3. Support development of dashboards and executive reporting
4. Perform regular audits and maintenance of employee data in theHRIS system to ensure accuracy and consistency
5. Work withHRand business leaders to identify opportunities for using data and analytics to driveHRinitiatives
6. Develops, customizes, and maintains Talent Acquisition dashboard(s) to monitor trends and achievement of Company initiatives
7. Contributing to and supporting broad Human Resources programs with many cross-functional stakeholders
8. Work withinternal resources to develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation
Data Governance & Compliance
9. Gather, coordinate, and create data collection methods and process flows to ensure accurate, complete, and timely submission of all requiredinternal and external reports
10. Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality
11. Assist with audits related toHRdata and compliance requirements
12. Support standardization of data entry, QA and reporting practices
13. Determines data collection gaps and recommends improvements
Qualifications
Required
14. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in:Human ResourcesBusiness AdministrationInformation SystemsData Analytics or related field
15. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
16. High attention to detail and data accuracy
17. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
18. Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred
19. Exposure toHRIS platforms (Workday preferred)
20. Experience with reporting tools or data visualization (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
21. Interest inHRtechnology, automation, and process improvement
