The Role
As a Senior Insolvency Administrator, you will take a proactive approach to managing a varied portfolio of cases, ensuring they are progressed efficiently, compliantly, and within statutory timeframes.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a portfolio of insolvency cases, including:
* Administrations (ADMs)
* Members’ and Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidations (MVLs and CVLs)
* Compulsory Liquidations
* Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs)
* Overseeing cases from appointment through to closure, ensuring all deadlines and regulatory requirements are met
* Drafting Administration Proposals and statutory reports
* Preparing detailed progress and closure reports for Administrations and Liquidations
* Liaising confidently with creditors, directors, and key stakeholders
* Supporting senior colleagues on more complex and high-profile assignments
About You
* Proven experience within corporate insolvency, ideally operating at Senior Administrator level
* Strong technical knowledge of insolvency processes and relevant legislation
* Ability to manage multiple cases independently and prioritise effectively
* Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
* CPI/ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified (desirable)
