JLH & WEL Group are going through an exciting period of growth, looking to treble our head count in the next twelve to eighteen months and are looking for talented recruiters to join the team who can build teams to help assist in this
As business we don't focus on KPI's, what you wear to work or staying until 18:00 just for the sake of it, as a business we want to encourage talented recruiters to build their desks and divisions in the way they see fit. We are looking for Consultants that have a track record in building your own desk, developing your own clients whilst being able to help fill the roles the company brings in on a daily basis.
Over the past couple of years we have been to Tenerife, Dublin and have monthly days out to recognise the hard work of the team so if you feel under appreciated, not getting the bonus you deserve and work for a company that care more about KPI's than enjoying the day maybe we are the company for you
