What will I be doing as Global Sales Stretagy Transformation Director
This role will see you working directly with our Global Commercial VP to manage the sales department's project portfolio ensuring alignment with the global sales objectives and goals.
Responsibilities will include:
* Setting up and running the program processes on Stakeholder, Risk and Dependency Management on both portfolio and project level
* Supporting the Project Managers in managing their projects, running regular meetings to report on progress, budgets and target achievements
* Ensuring that all new and ongoing projects have the competencies and resources they need.
* Identify project risks, create mitigation plans and find solutions
* Work closely with project managers in other Chubb countries in particular with the global roll out of our standardised growing performance in sales programme
* Support the Global Commercial VP with key presentations and communications to the wider business.
Qualifications
What we would like you to bring to the role:
* Previous commercial / sales strategy transformation experience within a large, global organisation OR experience within a consultancy firm in a growing and / or transformation environment
* Hold a commercially focused masters degree (in marketing, sales, or strategy)
* Dedicated experience and passion for leading others through sales transformations
* Proven track record of successfully driving consulting projects
* A great foothold in commercial strategy, methodology and framework
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
* Experience working internationally, driving collaboration across different markets and understanding their unique challenges.
