Position Summary
Marriott International’s Brand portfolio represents a dynamic collection of midscale, select and premium brands designed to deliver memorable guest experiences for today’s traveler. These brands—including in EMEA citizenM, AC Hotels, Aloft Hotels, Moxy, Element by Westin, Courtyard by Marriott, Fairfield by Marriott, Four Points by Sheraton, Protea Hotels by Marriott, Residence Inn, Marriott Hotels, Sheraton, Delta Hotels, Westin, Le Méridien, Renaissance Hotels, Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy, Marriott Executive Apartments, Autograph Collection, Tribute Portfolio, Four Points Flex, StudioRes, Series by Marriott and any New Products—are designed with thoughtful brand programming and design proof points.

The Specialist, Brand Management, Premium, Select & Midscale Brands, EMEA supports the team across the Premium, Select and Midscale segments and cross-brand projects, including brand culture, guest experience, openings, activations, and administration.

This role collaborates closely with continent stakeholders including (but not limited to) Lodging Products Organization, Learning & Development, Food & Beverage, Openings & Transitions, Global Design, Commercial, Planning & Services and HQ teams.

Key Responsibilities

Cross-Brand Projects & Culture

1. Support cross-brand brand management initiatives spanning multiple tiers, including photography, content, swimlanes, overviews, and brand planning.
2. Support associate and team engagement initiatives, including Brand Immersions.

Administration

3. Manage purchase orders, invoicing, budgeting and forecasting.
4. Coordinate travel bookings, scheduling, expense reports, gift and storage management.
5. Maintain filing systems, team projects and data, including SharePoint.
6. Prepare, compose and modify correspondence, emails, reports, drafts and presentations.
7. Schedule and coordinate webinars, meetings and appointments; prepare agendas and materials.
8. Arrange conference calls, venues and presentation materials, including brand presentations and notes.
9. Track projects, follow up on actions and create reports, presentations and updates.
10. Maintain departmental Marriott Global Source pages by publishing and reviewing content.
11. Support Premium, Select & Midscale Brand team members with pull-through on specific brand management activities.

Supporting Tasks & Collaboration

12. Coordinate and support a team of approximately 15 members, including remotely located associates.
13. Work with teams to implement sustainable processes and systems supporting strategy execution.
14. Update and maintain distribution lists.
15. Prepare and process purchase orders and monitor total expenses.

Brand Activation

18. Brand partnerships with a focus on guest experience.
19. Brand visual identity and collateral.
20. Branded toolkits.

Brand Culture

21. Brand immersions.
22. Brand and segment education.
23. Talent and culture programmes.
24. Associate activation.

Portfolio Growth

25. Reporting on portfolio pipeline, openings and brand performance data.

Hotel Openings

26. Pre-opening brand support.
27. Conversion support.
28. Brand immersions and onboarding.

Branded Guest Experience

29. Branded guest journey proof points.
30. Service and culture initiatives.
31. Brand differentiators and standards.
32. Brand initiatives and proof of concepts.
33. Food & Beverage and operations collaboration.

Other

34. Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
35. Comply with Marriott Regional Office policies and procedures.
36. Partner with global brand teams, area teams, hotel teams and operations services to ensure on-brand execution.
37. Liaise with consultants, vendors, creative agencies and other third parties as required.
38. Track accrued expenditure and assist with timely invoice processing to budget.

Candidate Profile

Key Talents & Experience Desired

39. Lodging industry experience strongly preferred.
40. Prior brand management or operations experience beneficial.
41. Excellent verbal, written, listening and presentation skills.
42. Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
43. Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
44. Strong computer skills, including engagement with AI-related tools such as Copilot.
45. Financial administration experience, including budgeting, forecasting, data analysis and reporting.

53. Occasional travel across the EMEA region may be required.
