Email Production Manager Salary : £41,242 - £48,520 (dependent on experience) Contract type : Permanent Hours : Full Time Location : Poole, Dorset, England Location description : Hybrid, at least two days in Poole Interview date : w/c 2 February Closing Date : 26-01-2026 Reference : 21067 The RNLI is looking for an Email Production Manager with a passion for engaging supporters through innovative email design and a cutting-edge email strategy. As well as being highly skilled in building responsive emails using HTML and CSS, youll have a keen eye for design and experience using Photoshop and Illustrator to manipulate images and create on-brand graphics. Youll bring extensive experience working with an ESP and feel confident handling data, setting up, and broadcasting large-scale email campaigns. In this role, youll manage two Email Producers, develop an overarching email strategy, and take ownership of processes and ways of working within the team. Youll collaborate closely with a team of content creators to produce emails for a variety of audiences across the RNLI ranging from fundraising appeals and promoting lifesaving RNLI retail products to sharing vital water safety advice that helps save lives at sea.
