As our newest Supply Planner, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time. Working closely with internal teams and suppliers, you’ll be responsible for managing demand forecasts, maintaining optimal stock levels, and supporting the smooth flow of goods across the business. We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive individual who can analyse data, anticipate challenges, and collaborate effectively to keep our supply chain running efficiently.

Key responsibilities:
1. Reviewing open order book daily.
2. Chasing suppliers where necessary – order acknowledgements, obtaining PODs, lead times, pricing etc.
3. Placing of domestic and international purchase orders and all associated tasks.
4. Arranging or organising shipment plans with international suppliers.
5. Reviewing stock profiles and working with suppliers and Product Manager about correct portfolio – ROL, special or stocked items.
6. SO+ Maintenance/Inventory control procedures.
7. Managing aged stock and slow moving lines, quarterly stock rotation.
8. Selection and development of service providers, freight forwarders.
9. Constant pursuit of better pricing and terms of purchase.
10. Building supplier relationships.
11. Reviewing rebates and working to targets.
12. Vendor clean up.
13. Mass uploads including monthly pricelist updates.
14. Gathering all the relevant data from suppliers and ensuring product database integrity
Essential Experience
· Experience in a purchasing/supply chain role.
· Experience of Microsoft packages – intermediate Excel skills, Outlook.
