Supply Desk are seeking SEND teaching assistants for a Special Needs School in the New Forest
Starting from ASAP on a long-term contract
Hours: Monday – Thursday 08:30 – 16:30, Friday 08:30 – 16:00
Salary: £90-£95 per day; Up to £19,000 per annum

Job Description:
* Some experience with children with additional needs preferred (SEMH, ASC, ADHD etc)
* Desire to work throughout Key stages (7-19 year olds)
* Working with small groups delivering interventions such as Reading, Maths, Literacy, life skills and social skills or 1:1 with specific pupils and supporting their needs
* Full-time role with the opportunity of a permanent contract
* Location: New Forest A car would be needed for this role

Individual Profile:
* A nurturing and caring nature
* GCSE Maths and English to A-C grade
* Experience of working with children/young people
* Passionate, enthusiastic and proactive individual
* Adaptable and sensitive when dealing with challenging situations
* First Aid trained or be willing to be trained
