Analyse CNC machining processes to identify opportunities for cost, time, and quality improvements
Support tooling selection, workholding, and process design
Collaborate with on-site production teams to implement enhancements
Provide technical advice on manufacturing methods and continuous improvement initiatives
 What We're Looking For

Background in Manufacturing Engineering or CNC machining
Experience in aerospace, automotive, oil & gas, marine, or another high-precision manufacturing environment
Comfortable operating in an advisory, engineering-led role rather than hands-on production
Strong understanding of CNC processes and process optimisation This could suit a mid-level Manufacturing Engineer, or a skilled CNC Machinist or Programmer looking to transition into a more technical, process-focused role.
