Overview
A leading Tier 1 engineering contractor is seeking a proactive and driven Recruitment Resourcer to support the delivery of high-volume and specialist recruitment across major infrastructure and engineering projects.
The role is based in a great location in Milton Keyes close to the Train Station
Working closely with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and the wider HR/recruitment team, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent across disciplines such as civil engineering, M&E, commercial, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and direct headhunting
Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles including Site Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, and specialist technical roles
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments/interviews
Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers
Write and post job adverts aligned with project and business needs
Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Develop relationships with candidates, ensuring a strong employer brand experience
Assist with onboarding processes including compliance checks and documentation

Key Requirements
Previous experience as a Recruitment Resourcer, Recruitment Consultant, or Talent Acquisition Coordinator (ideally within construction, engineering, or infrastructure)
Strong sourcing capability across multiple platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases, job boards)
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS systems
