Main duties of the job
As a Senior Research Nurse, you will:
Lead and coordinate a portfolio of clinical trials across the medical specialties.
Provide expert clinical care and support to research participants.
Ensure the safe and effective delivery of research in line with GCP, UK Policy Framework, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, Principal Investigators, and the Regional Research Delivery Network.
Act as a role model and mentor to junior research staff, supporting their development and ensuring high standards of practice.
You'll be joining a supportive and innovative research team embedded within a forward-thinking NHS trust.
