Responsibilities Providing administrative support to solicitors and legal professionals. Preparing, reviewing, and managing legal documents and correspondence. Conducting legal research and gathering relevant information for cases. Managing client files and ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accurate. Liaising with clients, courts, and other external parties in a professional manner. Assisting with case preparation, including organizing evidence and maintaining schedules. Ensuring compliance with legal procedures and confidentiality standards. Qualifications Previous experience in a legal environment is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software (preferred).
