The Role As an IT Support Engineer, youll be at the heart of day-to-day technical operations, delivering hands-on support across multiple office locations. You will: Work closely with fellow IT Support Engineers and the wider IT team to deliver high-quality support. Set up, configure and optimise laptops, mobile devices and user accounts, supporting smooth onboarding. Install, maintain and support authorised software, ensuring systems remain secure and fully updated. Play a key role in maintaining and improving IT infrastructure across the business. About You Youre someone who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment, a natural problem-solver who enjoys helping others get the best from their technology. Were looking for someone with: Experience in a first-line or second-line IT Service Desk role. Confidence supporting Microsoft Office 365, plus a strong understanding of Networking, Azure Services, Active Directory and Exchange. A collaborative mindset and pride in delivering excellent service. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer support.
