As a Manufacturing Systems Engineer at Terex based in Omagh, you'll play a pivotal role in producing equipment that helps improve the lives of people around the world.
What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Production Control Manager & Lead Manufacturing System Engineer, the successful candidate will be responsible for the development and improvement of existing manufacturing and production control processes and procedures to ensure successful production planning & manufacturing of crushing equipment within a fast paced manufacturing facility.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
1. Creation & Maintenance of Bill of Materials for Production & New Product Development
2. Processing Production & Engineering Change Orders
3. Processing Machine Spec Changes
4. Maintenance of Takt Schedules
5. Execute the weekly machine configuration process
6. Production support to the Manufacturing Department
7. Assist in monthly Sales & Operations Planning cycle
8. Create & Maintain production schedules
9. Drive Continuous Improvement Projects

What you’ll bring:
Experience & Qualifications:
10. Minimum HNC / HND Engineering Qualification or demonstrate extensive relevant knowledge through on job experience.
11. Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (Oracle) would be advantageous
12. Competent in use of Microsoft packages
13. Experience of 3D modelling software would be advantageous
14. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing

18. Logical & Methodical approach to problem solving
19. Ability to work with others to meet deadlines
