About the Role
As a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support pupils with ASD and complex needs in their learning and daily routines.
* Work closely with classroom teachers to deliver personalised learning activities.
* Assist with behaviour management strategies that promote positive engagement.
* Foster pupil wellbeing, confidence and social-emotional development.
* Help create a calm, inclusive and structured learning environment.
This role offers the opportunity to transition to a permanent school contract upon successful completion of probation, ideal for those seeking long-term career development.
