Responsibilities
* Attend sales appointments booked by the Telemarketing partner.
* Take a consultative approach to sales, providing each Client with a solution that matches their specific requirements.
* Self-generate new leads and develop links with potential introducers and referral partners.
* Thrive in a fast-paced, target-focused, high-energy and high-reward culture.
Strengths / Qualifications
* A strong understanding of the sales process.
* A proven track record in field-based B2B sales.
* A very good closer.
* Enjoy securing new business.
Compensation and Benefits
* Basic GBP30K, guaranteed to GBP60K in the first year.
* If targets are hit, earn an additional GBP22,500 per quarter.
* Top earners earn GBP150K+

* Commission: calculated each quarter on sales value generated:
o 0 to GBP200,000: 5% Commission
o GBP200,000+: 10% (uncapped)

Location / Commute
Roles can be commutable from Southampton, Portsmouth, Bournemouth, Winchester, Chichester.
