As a Customer Expansion SDR, you’ll sit at the front line of revenue generation. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and securing high-quality expansion opportunities within our existing customer base. You will research and uncover affiliated organisations, subsidiaries, brands, and parent company structures connected to current customers, and convert these insights into qualified meetings for the Account Management team. Your success will be measured by the quality and volume of opportunities you create that unlock new revenue beyond the existing contract footprint. Key Responsibilities Expansion Prospecting Research subsidiaries, sister companies, group structures, and associated brands linked to existing customers. Identify new buying centres and map key stakeholders. Build targeted outreach lists aligned to organisational hierarchies. Outbound Activity Execute high volume, multichannel outreach (calls, emails, social, video). Craft personalised messaging that leverages customer relationships and brand credibility. Qualify interest and book discovery meetings for Account Managers. Opportunity Generation Maintain a consistent pipeline of expansion opportunities across our global customer base. Provide clear notes and handovers to support smooth follow up. CRM & Data Accuracy Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, contacts, and meetings. Log all activity in real time. Add net new contacts/accounts and cleanse existing records.
