To achieve this, we are looking for a Building Surveyor (Stock Condition) to support this exciting long-term project.What you will do!You will carry out a programme of inspections to our social housing portfolio, carrying out internal and external visits, collating information to be used for future investment opportunities. You will be required to assist the Repairs and Voids team in ensuring our housing stock is both safe and of a high quality for our tenants.What will you need!Formally qualified in Building Studies, you should be highly experienced in diagnosing building faults and providing cost-effective solutions.
