My client is a thriving housing provider that is dedicated to supporting local communities across the North West! Covering a period of sickness in the team, they are looking for an enthusiastic self starter to join their busy shared ownership and rent to buy team!
Your new role
Working within a small and efficient team, your role will primarily consist of supporting with new home enquiries in an efficient and customer orientated way. Maintaining data integrity at all times, you will be responsible for ensuring the customer database is updated and maintained. This exciting role will see you supporting with home viewings across the Maghull, Stockport and Halewood regions of Merseyside. You will be liaising with contractors as well as prospective customers looking to gain access to new build homes across the region, as well as ensuring the properties meet the expectations needed for viewings! This is a role which does afford a good amount of autonomy, and will see you out on site 5 - 6 times a week. You will be supporting with rent to buy applications, shared ownership applications and general enquiries to the team! This varied role is customer centric, but will include property based administration also.
