CCL Facades (Caddick Construction Group) is renowned for quality, integrity, and innovation in the facade sector. We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team due to a number of exciting new projects in Liverpool.
What You’ll Do
Quantity Surveyor
* Working on a variety of projects in Liverpool reporting directly to one of our Commercial Managers.
* The role is primarily office based and will provide commercial support to the project teams on all projects for which they are responsible.
* Ensure that projects are administered effectively and that the business objectives in terms of appropriate commercial targets and customer focus are achieved.
What We’re Looking For
Skills and Experience
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor working for a Main Contractor or Specialist Sub Contractor.
* Familiarity with JCT/NEC/ forms of contract.
* Knowledge of current Construction Law.
* Experience in commercial management.
* Experience in procurement of subcontractors, measurement and control cycle, certificates and accruals calculations.
* Good knowledge of monthly reporting and earned value analysis.

* Ability to work in a team environment contributing across the business unit.
* Good management skills.
* Ability to motivate self and colleagues to achieve high standards of compliance.
* Good operational planning and time management skills.
