You'll play a key role in helping pupils build confidence, improve their understanding, and stay engaged in their learning journey.
About the Role:This role requires someone experienced in working within KS2 and confident supporting children with a range of needs. The ability to adapt tasks to suit different learning styles and maintain consistent, positive relationships is essential. We're looking for someone committed, approachable, and flexible, who can step in confidently and help children progress both socially and academically.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Supporting children with reading, writing, and numeracy, including SPaG
* Adapting lesson content to suit individual learning styles and interests
* Providing 1:1, group, and class-wide support as needed
* Developing nurturing, trusting relationships with pupils
* Monitoring pupil progress and reporting back to the teacher and SENCO
* Assisting in preparing and tidying classroom resources
* Supervising pupils at break/lunchtime and during arrival/dismissal
What We're Looking For:
* Experience working in a school, ideally with KS2 pupils
* Confidence supporting children with a range of academic or behavioural needs
* TA qualification (Level 2 or 3 preferred)
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
* Two recent professional references
* Ability to manage behaviour in a calm and consistent way
* Strong communication and organisational skills
