Overview
Measurement Analyst - Global Business Solutions. The Marketing Science Measurement team interprets advertising performance on TikTok and partners with advertisers to optimise activity and drive behavior change.
About the Role
TikTok is looking for a full-time Measurement Analyst. This role will partner with advertisers to measure the effectiveness of their investment with our platform and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best-in-class support, including sales, product marketing, measurement product, and business marketing.
Responsibilities
* Support Measurement Partners with ad effectiveness analysis to quantify the value TikTok drives for advertisers and optimize campaigns.
* Partner primarily with global clients and agencies to provide measurement that informs performance on the platform.
* Engage in strategic consulting with revenue and product teams to help drive and implement learning agendas for key clients.
* Develop a close relationship with TikTok's measurement product organization to enable advertisers and agencies to adopt measurement solutions.
* Collaborate with data science teams to develop meta-analyses that produce media insights for advertisers to act on.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
* Foundational experience in digital advertising, large marketing-related organizations, or measurement suppliers.
* Track record of inferential problem solving through experimental design and analytical methods.
* Exceptional time-management and goal-oriented task management skills.
* Ability to work effectively, deploy consistent quality, and provide guidance on decision-making.
* Track record of driving client decisions with clear communication and team collaboration.
* Experience with advertising agencies or complex marketing data-driven organizations preferred.
* Experience with executing custom analytical work where SQL and R are a plus; practical experience operating within data for an at-scale business preferred.
Preferred qualifications
* Familiarity with privacy-first innovation for measurement systems is a plus.
* Detailed category experience, ideally working with advertisers in one or more categories.
* Experience in a global or multi-market role across time zones.
* Experience managing or working with third-party vendors.
* Owning projects and/or workstreams.
