Your Mission
As an outbound B2B Lead Generator, your mission is to fuel the growth engine of the business. You will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities through targeted outbound activity. Using your confidence, energy market knowledge (or willingness to learn), and persuasive communication, you'll engage potential clients, build rapport, and book qualified meetings for the wider sales team.
You'll educate prospects on the benefits of switching suppliers or optimising their energy usage and guide them through the early stages of the sales journey. Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, your ability to ask the right questions, overcome objections, and maintain professionalism will be essential. Success in this role will directly influence the company's growth and your own career trajectory.
Key Competencies
* Minimum 12 months experience in an outbound sales role.
* Energy industry experience preferred, but not essential.
* Confident and articulate communicator, capable of delivering a professional customer experience.
* Proven ability to identify and maximise sales opportunities through effective questioning and objection handling.
* Ambitious, self-motivated, and able to perform under pressure.
