You will work in a fast-paced yet rewarding environment with a supportive team.
What To Expect
As a member of our nursing team, you will play a pivotal role within the hospital, not only as a care professional but also as a mentor and guide to support staff. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Developing, implementing, evaluating, and recording patient-centered care plans
* Collaborating as a Primary Nurse within the multidisciplinary team, liaising with professionals and agencies
* Facilitating daily hospital activities
* Ensuring effective communication with service users, carers, visitors, and staff
* Implementing the Mental Health Act when necessary
* Maintaining a learning environment
* Assisting with the development or revision of local policies and procedures
In your role as a Nouvita Nurse, you'll build a secure and productive career, developing your skills while encouraging new ones. As a senior team member, professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude are expected. You will be supported by experienced managers committed to your growth.
Training
We offer an in-house training programme with up to 11 annual classes to prepare you for various scenarios. During induction, you'll complete a paid e-learning course and a 5-day paid training programme to equip you for your role. Ongoing development will be tailored to your and the hospital's needs.
Benefits
We support our staff to become role models within the care home. We believe a happy environment fosters productivity, so we offer a comprehensive benefits package to enhance your experience with us.
