Merrifield Consultants is delighted to partner with a brilliant Health charity, in the search for a Corporate Partnerships Manager.
As Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in expanding corporate income through strategic partnerships, charity of the year collaborations, and employee fundraising. You’ll lead and support the Corporate Partnership Officer while working closely with colleagues across fundraising and communications to deliver creative, high-impact partnerships. Building on the charity’s strong foundations, you’ll nurture existing high-value relationships and proactively develop new ones to secure 5- and 6-figure income. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious fundraiser to make a real impact on the charity’s future and the lives of those it supports.

Working Pattern: Hybrid or remote, with regular travel to partner meetings

Responsibilities:
* Lead a portfolio of existing and new high-value partnerships.
* Seek and deliver opportunities for additional value, such as commercial opportunities and Charity of the Year prospects.
* Set the strategic direction and deliver for your portfolio, ensuring robust partnership and activity plans are in place with clear growth trajectories.
* Ensure accurate capturing and recording of impact data, appropriate to each partnership.
* Support cross-department relationships to maximise reach and brand awareness of the charity’s Corporate Partnership Portfolio.
* Support the wider fundraising team and its overall goals and objectives, and represent the fundraising team at internal meetings and external events where necessary.
Skills/Experience Required:
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience of corporate partnerships and/or corporate development, including managing complex, high-value partnerships across a range of sectors.
* Proven experience of developing relationships and matching products, services and/or activities to suit the needs of corporate partners.
* Demonstrable experience in growing income over time and seeking out new opportunities.
* Proven experience of line management.
* Proven experience of setting and managing income and expenditure budgets.
