Bid Manager
Full Time: Permanent
Location: Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds or Newcastle
Hybrid : 2-3 days office
Salary: £60k to £70k DOE plus bonus
Our client is a growing and highly innovative technology solutions business with a national network of offices and wider global presence. They are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to manage the end to end bid process, working closely with senior stakeholders to collate relevant content, and produce the tender documents. You’ll manage resources to meet submission and specification requirements across both corporate and public sector bids.
The Role:
* Formulating and creating quality and compelling bid and tender responses
* Ensuring all proposals are aligned with guidelines and bid management standards
* Managing multiple Proposals/bids and working with a variety of internal stakeholders
* Tracking and reporting on tender outcomes
* Working with the wider Bid team on projects and further enhancing bid library continually for the wider business use
Who we are looking for:
* Previous experience in managing bids within the technology sector is desirable
* End to end Bid management experience and have an understanding of all key areas of Bid Management utilising best practice
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the confidence to pitch bid proposals, ideas, and solutions to a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
* Significant experience in writing content for tenders and business proposals.
* Resilience under pressure with experience in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
* Experience in liaising and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
