Your role
You will be responsible for improving facility and equipment reliability and availability by implementing proactive maintenance strategies, analysing equipment failures, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with regulatory compliance (e.g. MHRA, GMP). You will have a thorough understanding of FMEA, reliability centred maintenance, system impact and component criticality assessments, and quality based processes.
Responsibilities
* Implement proactive maintenance strategies to improve facility and equipment reliability and availability.
* Analyse equipment failures and drive continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with regulatory compliance (e.g., MHRA, GMP).
* Apply FMEA, reliability centred maintenance, system impact and component criticality assessments, and quality-based processes.
Qualifications / Experience
* Experience in highly regulated environments e.g. pharmaceutical, including conducting FMEA, RCA and SIA.
