Job Opportunity: Revenues & Benefits Application Support
This position is within the Revenues & Benefits Application Support team. The work location will be flexible and discussed during the interview process, depending on the candidate's experience and current location. The successful candidate will be required to attend the Bristol office on the first day to collect equipment, with a monthly office day thereafter.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
1. Extensive knowledge of the NEC Revenues application, particularly system administration functions such as batch scheduler and background parameters.
2. Experience with NEC Info@Work document management system is preferred.
3. Familiarity with the Revenues Citizen Access products is advantageous.
