* Being a point of contact for personnel from within the company and external parties.
* Managing correspondence and communication of the organisation via phone and email.
* Maintenance and organisation of company records.
* Oversight of office inventory, company expenses and billing cycles.
* Operation and basic troubleshooting of office equipment.
