As part of our Inside Sales team, you'll build meaningful relationships, unlock new opportunities, and deliver solutions that make a real impact-all while being part of a collaborative and high performing environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound conversations across multiple channels, creating a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross sell across our mobile and converged product portfolio.
- Generate strong pipeline activity and consistently work towards achieving key sales and performance targets.
- Manage customer queries efficiently, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and exceed expectations.
- Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and NPS by delivering an end to end, high quality experience.
- Collaborate with your team to share knowledge, test new approaches, and continuously improve how we work.
