Role Summary
We are seeking a Junior Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with 1–2 years' experience in digital marketing, who wants to develop their skills across SEO, social media, email marketing, and creative campaign delivery.
A key part of this role is the use of Generative AI tools to support content creation, campaign strategy, and creative resources - helping Yellowcom stay innovative and stand out in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in planning and delivering marketing campaigns across SEO, social, email, and digital channels.
* Create and optimise SEO-driven content to grow website traffic and generate leads.
* Manage and grow Yellowcom's social media accounts, producing engaging content to increase brand awareness.
* Support email marketing campaigns, helping nurture leads and engage customers.
* Use Generative AI tools to produce content, develop campaign ideas, and create supporting creative assets.
* Contribute to design and video content for use across campaigns, social, and web.
* Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, providing reports and insights.
* Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activity with business goals.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities to stand out.
About You
* 1–2 years' experience in marketing (agency or in-house).
* No degree required although nice to have - we value creativity, initiative, and results.
* Strong copywriting skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Familiarity with SEO, social media management, and email marketing.
* An interest in or experience with Generative AI tools for marketing.
* Organised, proactive, and keen to learn.
* Bonus skills (not essential): WordPress, Canva and basic video editing.
