JOB TITLE: Administrator

CONTRACT: Permanent
HOURS: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm (part-time across 5 days is also an option)
START: ASAP
SALARY: £27,000- £32,000pa
LOCATION: Romsey

Responsibilities
* Coordinate consultant appointments and manage related correspondence
* Support the preparation, issue, and tracking of key project documentation
* Maintain accurate records, trackers, and logs to support planning and compliance
* Manage document uploads, version control, and information sharing with stakeholdersli>Assist with submission collation and project handovers at key stages
* Provide general administrative support to the Land and Planning team
* Help ensure deadlines are met and processes are followed across multiple projects
Qualifications
* Previous experience in an administrative or support role, ideally in a related industry
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident communicator, both written and verbal
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and OneNote
