This position is based in the Redhill - Reigate area, with live-in options available. The role involves overseeing food and beverage, conference, banqueting, events, and front-of-house operations during designated shifts, including weekends. You will be part of the management team, responsible for ensuring high-quality service, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
1. Manage all hotel operations during your shift, ensuring smooth service delivery.
2. Lead and motivate staff to achieve high standards of customer service.
3. Maximize sales opportunities and ensure legal compliance.
4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
1. Supervisory or managerial experience within a hotel or similar environment.
2. Experience in a busy food and beverage setting preferred.
3. Ability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
4. Legal right to work in the UK.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary is £26,500, plus a bonus scheme. Benefits include company pension and potential live-in accommodation. Transport is advantageous due to shift work.
