Job Description
* Provide strategic leadership to a team of professionals and continue to grow the Manchester offering.
* Drive growth and business development initiatives - Networking and client development is key.
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
* Actively contribute to the development and implementation of organisational strategies.
* Oversee financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.
* Lead and manage client relationships and engagements.
* Promote a positive and productive work culture within the team.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Audit experience is not essential for this role.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Associate Director should have:
* A strong background in an accountancy practice; working at Senior Manager level or above.
* Proven experience in a leadership role and ability to network / develop a client base.
* Excellent strategic planning and business development skills.
* A high level of proficiency in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
* Strong client relationship management skills.
* A commitment to service excellence and a client-focused approach.
