You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across allocated areas, ensuring all cleaning duties are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with company and client requirements. What you'll do: Clean all allocated areas to the required standard, including floors, furniture, fittings, glassware, toilets, offices, conference rooms, and public areas Carry out daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning tasks at times that minimise disruption to the client’s business Use cleaning equipment, materials, and agents correctly and safely Ensure all cleaning equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order Maintain high standards of operational and personal hygiene at all times Report maintenance defects, equipment issues, shortages, or breakages to the Cleaning Supervisor Follow all client, company, fire, health & safety, and COSHH regulations Wear the correct PPE as required Respond to complaints promptly and escalate to the Supervisor when necessary Attend training courses as required to remain up to date with legislation and company policies Carry out additional or emergency cleaning tasks as directed by your Line Manager What you'll bring: Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential Good working knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and materials Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team Awareness of health, safety, and hygiene regulations Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct Why Sodexo?: Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
