The Manufacturing Engineer Opportunity:
As they scale production operations, you will be the driving force behind manufacturing excellence through the following duties:-
* Introducing new production competencies
* Identifying significant cost reductions and streamlining
* Lead Projects, Develop and optimize production processes
* Focus on quality improvements and robust procedures
What You Bring
* Use your expertise (Six Sigma/8D) to troubleshoot manufacturing challenges and implement long-term solutions.
* Work closely with the Operations Manager, Electrical Engineering team, and Operational Excellence Manager to align production with business goals.
* Proven track record with citable projects within a manufacturing environment.
* Manufacturing experience
* Electrical / mechanical qualifications (degree / Apprenticeship)
