Join Staffline as a Recruitment Administrator / Resourcer, focusing exclusively on recruitment. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening CVs, and contacting drivers to meet client requirements. This role is fast-paced, rewarding, and perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people and thrives on making things happen.
Your Time at Work
- Screening CVs and identifying the right candidates for roles
- Calling drivers and other candidates to arrange interviews and placements
- Supporting the recruitment process from start to finish
- Maintaining accurate candidate records and ensuring compliance
- Providing an excellent candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process
Our Perfect Worker
- Full UK driver's licence is required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset, prioritising people and service
- Previous recruitment experience is a bonus but not essential - training will be provided
- Tenacity, drive, and a positive attitude
