Position: Territory Sales Manager – ENT (Scotland)
We are a market leader in the Medical Device sector seeking a talented medical device salesperson to join our supportive, ambitious, and fun team. This role offers a chance to join Stryker’s smaller, fast-growing ENT division, supporting surgical specialties and procedures with our portfolio of capital, consumables, and disposables.
Responsibilities include: Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining existing business, providing exemplary customer service, developing relationships with NHS and private sector stakeholders, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting surgical cases.
The territory covers Scotland and North East England. Ideally, the candidate resides within this region.

Requirements:
* Training in medical/scientific/technical field or relevant experience.
* Proven success in medical device and capital sales.
* Ownership mentality with results focus.

* Strong communication skills.
* Knowledge of NHS/private sector is a plus.
* English proficiency.
* Valid driver’s license.
* Experience in ENT or Head & Neck devices is advantageous.
