Overview
The SAP SuccessFactors (SAP SF) HRIS Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the company's HCM platform. This role oversees the configuration, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of various SAP SF modules to support business objectives and enhance employee experience.
Responsibilities
* Lead the management and optimisation of current and future SAP SF modules (currently Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Learning).
* Act as a key point of contact between HR, IT, and external vendors regarding HR systems strategy and support.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process automation within the HR technology ecosystem.
* Manage system updates, testing, integrations, and data migration for new modules or enhancements.
* Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and security across HR systems.
* Provide functional and technical support to HR teams and other stakeholders.
* Work with the team to develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
* Monitor system performance and resolve system-related issues in a timely manner.
* Lead cross-functional projects related to HR technology and SAP SF.
* Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to the HCM platform and other HR tools.
* Lead team of SAP SF Subject Matter Experts (SME's).
Qualifications
* Experience in HRIS/HR Technology roles, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience managing SAP SuccessFactors modules.
* Deep understanding of HR processes and how they translate into system configuration.
* Proven experience in leading systems teams, implementations, upgrades, or integrations.
* Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
* Desirable: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Desirable: SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) in relevant modules.
* Desirable: Experience with integration platforms such as SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, or middleware tools.
* Desirable: Familiarity with GDPR, SOX, and other regulatory requirements related to HR data.
* Desirable: Experience with data analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation in SuccessFactors or related tools.

With strong communication and interpersonal skills, you will collaborate seamlessly across departments and lead stakeholder engagement initiatives. Your meticulous attention to detail ensures data accuracy and integrity within cloud-based HR systems. Additionally, you will bring proven expertise in managing change, delivering user-focused training, and driving system adoption to support organizational transformation.
