Im working with a global consultancy who are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join their team, delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions across complex, multi-cloud environments.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys coding, shaping technical direction, and driving quality across delivery teams.
What youll be doing:
* Providing technical leadership within Agile scrum teams delivering Salesforce solutions
* Designing and building scalable, secure Salesforce implementations
* Hands-on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations
* Owning code quality, conducting reviews, and ensuring best practices are followed
* Supporting DevOps and release processes (Copado, CI/CD pipelines)
* Collaborating with stakeholders across product, architecture, and governance
* Identifying and managing technical risks while driving continuous improvement
What theyre looking for:
* Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or Senior Developer
* Strong hands-on experience with:
o Apex
o Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Aura
o Salesforce integrations
* Experience working in enterprise Salesforce environments
* Good understanding of DevOps and CI/CD within Salesforce
* Strong communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Experience working in regulated environments (e.g. financial services) is a plus

* Salesforce xsngvjr Administrator
* Platform App Builder
* Platform Developer I
* Platform Developer II
