Curate an atmosphere of excellence—from service precision to ambient perfection Conduct pre-service briefings like opening night pep talks, ensuring everyone knows their cues. Manage VIP reservations, private soirées, and bespoke experiences with grace and discretion. Working with Head Chef to ensure our guest are fully informed and communication flows seamlessly between.
